This is the time when you've got to be strong this is the time when you just have to take it this is the time when you've got to pick up and do what's right You got to try try try Don't let it stop you the way they do you Just keep on going, it's going to be all aright the walking wounded (fall) the walking wounded (rise) armies in the night (marching) the grieving masses (carry the weight) the grieving masses (hope it's not too late) the wrong of it all (wrong) you build a fortress then it crumbles you climb a mountain then you fall down after they take it away they never give it back shape shifters, throwaways, criminals, zombies burned by the sun (you see 'em) walking death, working death, creeping death, fiery death, madness all around run away but don't run away from me in the night when you're talking to the moon in the morning when you see the sun, hold on I see it all, I know it all, I will fix it, I will heal it, I will judge the world the time will pass, you'll be all right, don't let it get you down nothing gonna change just keep on keep on run away but don't run away from me creeping death, working death, fiery death

(Inspired by the death of Whitney Houston, and other things) it brings a tear to my eyes when I think of how hard it's been getting over It's put some lines on my face weathering the storms of life get over it cuz they don't care if you win the prize they don't care if you're never seen again it brings a smile to my face when I remember what she said that's a good thing that's a good thing anything at all is a good thing cuz they don't care if you win the prize they don't care if you're never seen again for the first ten thousand winters we ate each other while the busted housing splinters we kill our brothers and that's a good thing to be a star is a game for giants and fools and when you crash and there's no one there that's a good thing cuz they don't care if you go home and fly they don't care if you run out of money it brings a tear to my eye but what can you do about it

I don't know how to keep you around I don't know how to keep you around but someday it's gonna be over someday I'll be far away I don't know how to keep us alive I don't know how to keep us alive but someday it'll be over someday I'll be far away It'll be over over over over over over over over I don't know how things got so bad I don't know how to take us away but someday it'll be over someday we'll be far away all of the people all of the places burned into ashes torn into pieces nobody knows what will happen tomorrow why don't you wake and see what you've done before it's all over before we all die nobody knows it's gonna be over

When Liberty Valance rode to town the womenfolk would hide, they'd hide When Liberty Valance walked around the men would step aside Cuz the point of a gun was the only law that Liberty understood when it came to shooting straight and fast, he was mighty good From out of the East a stranger came, a lawbook in his hand a man, the kind of a man the West wound need to tame this troubled land But the point of a gun was the only law that Liberty understood when it came to shooting straight and fast he was mighty good Many a man would face his gun, many a man would fall The man who shot Liberty Valance, he shot Liberty Valance He was the bravest of them all The love of a girl can make a man stay on when he should go stay on, just trying to build a peaceful life where love is free to grow but the point of a gun was the only law that Liberty understood when the final showdown came to pass, a lawbook was no good alone and afraid she prayed that he'd return that fateful night Aw that night, when nothing she'd do could keep her man from going out to fight from the moment a girl gets to be full-grown, the very first thing she leanrs when two men go out to face each other, only one returns Everyone heard to shots ring out, one shot made Liberty fall The man who shot Liberty Valance He shot Liberty Valance He was the bravest of them all

I thought you'd be my friend until the end but it wasn't to be well that's all right baby just another goodbye just another lie well I'll see you in heaven maybe day turns to night we'll be all right don't listen don't even care packing a suitcase leaving for the moon we don't know each other anymore Chorus: If I had wings like a dove I would fly away with my love far away from the storms and wind and treachery of Life on Earth storms in the coffee storks in the pond they listen they don't know I'll be a puppet do what they want I'll live until I die repeat chorus

Lost Time 03:31
a long time ago in a faraway place somebody gave me a ride he said the closer you get to the end of the race the happier you'll be that you've tried and all of these people who don't want me around I hope they all go straight to hell and newspaper taxies don't work any more and somebody's not feeling well Chorus and I'm gonna make up for lost time work on this thing till it shines you can keep all your money and overworked lines I'm on this train till it's mine I sat and I waited for most of the day but you never showed up at all finally I got up and just walked away I've seen enough of your ball and all of these people who don't want me around I hope they all go straight to hell and time in this vicious world's nobody's dream and I'm getting older and older and I want to Chorus I"m on this train till I die Everybody has to die I've heard I guess that's ok, all we do is mess up the world oh
